I'm Bethany! I love all things hair and knew this was my passion when I started Cosmetology in High School. And damn, here we are so many years later! I grew up in a small town but moved to the "big city" near DC where I really honed in on what I love the most, which includes giving my signature blowout, balayage color, gray coverage, long bobs, flat iron waves...just to name a few! During the pandemic, I decided I wanted to live the beach life so Charleston South Carolina is my home! The South has my heart but mostly my stomach haha. HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES
Beaded row extensions use hand-tied wefts of hair to create length and volume. They are installed by applying a track using beads and string, which helps to evenly distribute the weight of the extension hair across the scalp. Make a consultation appointment for more information!

I specialize in dry cutting, which gives me the opportunity to witness and work with someone's hair as it's worn. I receive so much information about the way my client lives through their tresses when I'm dry cutting their hair.

Neither balayage or ombré, lived-in color is a way of blending highlights and color to allow your hair color to grow out naturally. It works on any hair color and complements you in any situation.

The perfect blowout is the final polish and with my signature technique can last you up to a week.
BRAZILIAN BLOWOUTS
A Brazilian blowout creates a protective layer around each strand of hair using a liquid keratin formula. Keratin is a protein naturally found in your hair, skin, fingernails, and even teeth. Adding more keratin can help strengthen and smooth hair strands and this treatment is totally customizable to your needs.

Providing outstanding service is the core of my business. Because services are reserved especially for you, I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 24 hour notice, I will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.”

Balayage is the art of sweeping lightener onto the hair/painting the hair in a way that looks very natural and sun-kissed, like you’ve spent all summer at the beach. This look is meant to utilize and enhance your natural color for dimension. Your balayage will grow out seamlessly and beautifully over time and is much less maintenance than traditional highlights.
What is balayage?
I’ve always heard that “dry don’t lie” and it really is true. It is easy to see exactly how much needs to come off and what should stay. Both you and I can see how the hair is laying unlike when the hair is wet and unstyled.
Why do you prefer to only cut hair dry?
I am passionate about using Wella Hair Color and lightener as well as Redken Shades EQ. My favorite styling product brands include both Unite and Surface.
